 Tashay Loneice Harlan was  born on April 7, 1991, in the sunny city of Denver, Colorado, Tashay was the cherished fifth child of Theresa and Tony Harlan. From an early age, she radiated joy and brought life to every room she entered, delighting her family and friends with her zest for adventure and her infectious smile.

Growing up alongside her siblings—Tashon Rumph, Kareem Anderson, Tashon Roberts, Shanika Napue, Sabrina Napue, Tavay Harlan, and Tereya Emerson—Tashay forged bonds that transcended mere companionship; they were grounded in love and laughter. Together, they created a tapestry of memories filled with joy and spirited moments that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew them.

A proud graduate of Rangeview High School, Tashay dedicated her early career to helping others as a peer support specialist, embodying compassion and strength. Though she worked independently, the warmth of her spirit drew friends to her side, leaving an indelible mark on the lives she touched. Her colleagues fondly remember her dedicated nature and her ability to connect with everyone around her.

Tashay's faith was a cornerstone of her life. She attended Colorado Community Church with her mother, experiencing a profound moment of grace when she was baptized at the Church of Christ. This spiritual grounding fueled her outlook, allowing her to embrace each day with positivity and love.

In her free moments, Tashay basked in the beauty of the outdoors, often in the delightful company of her best friend Rosa Ramierz and her beloved sisters. She danced with abandon to the rhythm of her favorite tunes, filling the air with her joy and spirit. Her radiant personality, uplifting attitude, and love of life will forever be etched in the hearts of her family and friends.

Tashay leaves behind a loving legacy, one that includes her devoted parents, Theresa and Tony Harlan; her  siblings—Tereya, Tavay, Keywayne, Tashon, Kareem, Shanika, Sabrina—and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. Each of them carries a piece of her vibrant soul, and together they weave a tribute to the remarkable woman she was.
