Sylvia Alice Davis, born on January 26, 1945, in Seattle, Washington, embraced life with grace and a profound love for those around her. The second of three children to Margaret Louise Jepson and Waldemar Steen, Sylvia's journey was marked by faith and music, as she found her spiritual home and voice in the choir of First Lutheran Church.

A dedicated and meticulous accountant, Sylvia made significant contributions throughout her career, with her final years at ARS Plumbing/Heating. But above all, she devoted herself to her beloved son, Stephen, providing a nurturing and understanding presence in his life.

Sylvia's genuine and warm personality left an indelible mark on those who knew her. She is cherished deeply by her son, Stephen E. Davis of Denver, Colorado, and her sister, Carol Steen of Seattle. Her memory is also held dearly by her close friend Lois Sunderland, family members Shirley Williams and April Brasfield-Mitchell, and cherished colleagues Agnes and Tammy, alongside many others whose lives she touched.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Hampden Hill Care Facility for their compassionate care. Sylvia's legacy of love and kindness will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends.
