Ronald Moore

February 23, 1958 — March 7, 2013

Ronald Clark Moore was born February 23, 1958 to Rodchester Hobbs and Ruthie Mae Moore of Sweetwater, TX. Ronald last child of eight born to Mrs. Ruthie Mae Moore. He was raised surrounded by his four brothers Donnis, James, Jackie, Johnny and his sisters Eddie, Rosa and Veronda. Ronald was raised in Sweetwater, Texas until 1974 when his family relocated to Denver, Colorado. Ronald graduated from East High School in Denver, Colorado in 1976. During his tenure at East High he earned the esteemed honor of being named to the All-State Baseball roster. Some of Ronald's fondest memories of his childhood where playing in the fields of Sweetwater with his older brothers, chasing and catching bugs and snakes and chasing trains as the boys typically did. Later in life Ronald enjoyed the simple things in life. If you ever wanted to find Ronald, you need to look no further than Denver's City Park. He enjoyed spending time and having picnics in the park with his beloved girlfriend Patricia Reed. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, often rolling around on the floor or chasing them through the house as they would scream with glee "Paw Paw is chasing us!" In death Ronald leaves behind his children Shequeita Gray (Demetris), Rondal Hall, Reggie Dickens and Terrence Dickens; grandchildren Cameron Gray, Alina Baylon, Carissa Gray, Avant Dickens and Christian Gray; three brothers Donnis Moore, James Moore and Jackie Moore (Cheryl) and numerous family and friends to cherish the precious memories that they all made throughout the years. Ronald made his peaceful transition from this life on March 7, 2013. He was surrounded and supported by family and friends alike. He is proceeded in death by his father Rodchester Hobbs and Mother Ruthie Mae Moore; his brothers Johnny and Eddie Moore, his sisters Rosa Lee Godfrey and Veronda Moore.
