Robert Earl “Bob” Stirman passed away from liver cancer on July 7, 2026 in Denver, Colorado. Bob was born in El Paso, Texas on April 3, 1955, the youngest of three sons born to Noel and Cecelia Stirman. The family moved from El Paso to Denver in the summer of 1965 due to his father’s job transfer. Bob graduated from Ranum High School in 1973 and was in the U.S. Navy for a short time. He later lived in Phoenix before returning to Colorado where he resided in various towns and finally moved back to Denver. His last residence was the Miller House in Denver where he had several friends and a special cat named Stitch. He always loved animals, but especially liked cats.

 Bob is survived by his two brothers, Ed Stirman (Linda), Jack Stirman (Malou), and five nieces, Sharon Stirman, Laurie Wilson, Kari Warren, Samantha Kluth, and Athena Stirman. He was predeceased by his parents. A private burial will take place at his parents’ cemetery plot in Sanderson, Texas.
