A GODLY WOMAN

Reverend Alberta Fitzgerald Rogers

Reverend Alberta Fitzgerald Rogers, affectionately known as "Grandma," was born on April 11, 1943, in Marion, Arkansas, to her parents, William and Lizzie Clifton.

.A dedicated professional, Alberta served as a Secretary and Data Processor at Mountain Bell for over 21 years. She sang in the choir, despite being unable to hold a note, showcasing her willingness to engage and contribute to her church community. Her dedicated service extended to being an active member of the Missionaries Board. Throughout her life, she embraced her role as a teacher and advisor, often reminding others that God forgives and that they, too, can find forgiveness within themselves. Her compassion and warmth made her easy to talk to, and her grandchildren cherished their visits filled with stories and laughter
