Honoring the Life Of Norman L. Phillips Jr. Sunrise: May 27, 1937 Sunset: April 3, 2013 Born May 27, 1937 in Birmingham, Alabama to Reverend Norman Phillips Sr. and Lillie Bell Kelly who both preceded him in death. Norman leaves many loving memories to his two children Stephanie Witherspoon and Angela Phillips, (son-in-law) Larry Phillips Jr.; Brother: Alfred Taylor (of West Virginia), two sisters and one brother preceded him; Edna Mae, Ernestine, and Edward Sr., (sister-in-law) Alberta Phillips, three grandchildren; Yusef, Victor Jr. (his "Tiger"), and Anthony (his "Little Man"); a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one godson; Devon James, two goddaughters: Tammy Williams and Brittine Harper, and special friend: Ms Shirley Moss. A Memorial Celebration will be held in Detroit, Michigan on May 25, 2013.
