GOD’S CHOSEN VESSEL

Keshaun Elisha Taylor

Keshaun Elisha Taylor, born on December 26, 2001, in Denver, Colorado. He was the cherished son and only child of Kasine Marie Taylor, who adored him from the moment he entered the world—a beautiful baby boy who grew into an extraordinary young man.

Keshaun spent his early years in Kansas, where his vibrant personality and natural gifts quickly became evident. He was a bright spark, full of charisma, humor, and leadership. Whether among friends, teammates, or family, Keyshawn had a rare ability to light up any room he entered.

At a young age, Keyshawn discovered his passion for sports. Inspired by watching his cousin, “Marquise” Dorsey, play football, he fell in love with the game. Marquise lovingly nicknamed him “Little Brother” and “My Shadow,” as Keshaun followed him everywhere, eager to learn, grow, and be a part of something bigger than himself.

In 2008, Keshaun and his mother returned to Montbello, Colorado, a move that would shape the course of his life. There, Keshaun blossomed—first exploring football, basketball, baseball, and soccer, and eventually dedicating himself to football and basketball, the sports that captured his heart. His athleticism, drive, and brilliance on the field and court earned him not only recognition, but a family of teammates, coaches, and community members who supported him and his mother with unwavering love and encouragement.

Keshaun will be remembered for his infectious smile, his bold spirit, his loyalty, and the way he embraced others with kindness and genuine warmth. He will be remembered for his laughter, perseverance, competition, and brotherhood—that will be treasured forever.

Keshaun departed this life to the embrace of the Lord on November 26, 2025, in Denver, Colorado, leaving behind a legacy of joy, energy, and love that will forever live in the hearts of all who knew him.

Above all, Keshaun leaves behind his devoted mother, Kasine, who was his greatest supporter, anchor, and friend. Together, they shared a bond unbreakable in life and everlasting in spirit.

Keshaun’s life, though far too short, was filled with purpose, passion, and love. His legacy will continue in the hearts of his family, his teammates, his community, and everyone blessed to have known him.

May his soul rest in peace, and may his memory continue to inspire all whose lives he touched.
