Obituary

The path of this journey began with the birth of Florrece “Flo” Morgan on October 20,1958 in Denver, Colorado. Born to the late Otis Lee Morgan and Vinnie Miles, Flo was the oldest of 2 siblings of the union and one half sister. Growing up she enjoyed music, reading books and going to church. In her spare time she often practiced playing the organ and electric keyboard. Flo attended Denver Public schools and Graduated in 1977 from Thomas Jefferson High school and later went on to graduate with a bachelors of science degree from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 1988.

After graduating Flo went on to work at Denver International Airport as an information specialist where she retired after 30 years of service in 2020. She also had a passion for voice acting and traveling where she spent many years cruising the world and touring different countries. She visited Panama twice, saw Rome as well as Greece and drove all over the United States. She also enjoyed going to the movies and spending time with close friends and relatives.

Flo was a devout Christian and above all else spent time with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Being a member of My fathers House I.C.D.C and later Life Changers Ministries, she regularly attended Sunday service at church as well as bible study and Sunday school. Often joining any festivities at church, fellowshipping and worshiping with her longtime church family for over 30 years. Flo was often regarded as being shy and soft spoken but also known for being very resilient and determined for never allowing any of life's circumstances or illnesses she faced keep her down or from carrying out the calling the lord placed on her life. Flo was a huge inspiration to many around her and those she came in contact with. Her beautiful smile, laugh and soft voice will be greatly missed.

Flo is preceded in death by her sister Elizabeth L. Morgan. Flo transitioned from this life into the arms of our heavenly father completing her journey on May 16, 2026. Those left to cherish her memory include her Nephew Kevin R. Morgan of Denver, CO, Sister Crystal Morgan- Walls of Oklahoma city, OK, aunts, uncles, a host of cousins, family and many friends.
