Elizabeth "Big Spread" LaVonne Brewer was born to her parents, Charlene and Bobby Brewer on January 26, 1966 in Denver, Colorado. She was raised with her siblings, Bobby, Troy, Gary and Leslie. As a child, she enjoyed dressing up her dolls and setting them up as if they were going to be in a pageant.
Elizabeth was educated through the Aurora Public system and a proud graduate Aurora Central High School. She continued to pursue academic aspirations by attending Emily Griffith College. These educational foundations laid the groundwork for her successful career as a chef and entrepreneur.
Her proudest accomplishments included not only her professional achievements but also the joy she found in becoming a grandmother to Perri Brewer, Devin Brewer, Jaida Mays, Nadia Brewer, Prince Green, Meron Araya and Nigest Araya. She cherished moments spent baking with them, engaging in dance battles, assisting with homework, and playing their favorite games with boundless enthusiasm.
Fondly remembered for her vibrant personality, Elizabeth was a beacon of positivity who stood up for what was right and consistently uplifted the spirits of those around her
Elizabeth is survived by her mother, Charlene Harris; children, Adam Brewer, Aja Brewer, and Marcillia Coleman. siblings, Bobby Brewer, Troy Brewer, Gary Brewer and Leslie Brewer. She is preceded in death by her father, Bobby Brewer.
Elizabeth "Big Spread" LaVonne Brewer will be dearly missed but forever remembered for the love she shared, the lives she touched, and the indelible mark she left on the culinary world and all who knew her.
