Obituary

Clint "Big" Shedrick Walker, Sr. was born to his parents, Ella Marie Brown and Theodis Walker on December 23, 1961, in Kansas City, Missouri. Big was the fifth child born in the family and was raised with his siblings, Genterry, Kent, Theodis, Margaret and Shelia. As a child, Big enjoyed attending school and was an amazing student. He was outspoken and always said what was on his mind. Big was very kind, and was able to get long with everyone, this is why he became so popular.

Raised and educated through Denver Public Schools, Clint attended Thomas Jefferson High School, where he laid the foundation for his life. Big he spent many years working in janitorial services for Mount Airy. He always performed his duties with a spirit of excellence

Clint was married to his beloved wife, Monica, for 42 years. Together, they nurtured a close family that was at the center of his life. As a proud grandfather, Clint experienced one of his greatest joys in becoming a grandfather to Niles Williams, Aiden Walker, and Sonora Williams, who remain a cherished part of his legacy.

His children fondly recall how supportive he was and how he loved them unconditionally. Beyond his family commitments, Clint enjoyed spending his free time engaging in family gatherings. He was an avid fan of The Price is Right and Judge Judy and had a passion for basketball and football.

Clint continually strived to be the best version of himself. His presence, characterized by warmth and dedication, left a lasting impact on those around him.

He is survived by his wife Monica; his daughters, Janae Walker and Desarae Walker; son, Clint Walker, Jr.; mother, Ella Hysaw; his brothers, Genterry Brown and Theodis Walker, Jr.; and his sisters, Margaret Whitmill and Shelia Brown.

Clint "Big" Shedrick Walker, Sr.’s legacy is one of family devotion, support, and a lifelong pursuit of growth. His memory will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing him.
