To this union, they welcomed two children, Kareem and Kaneesha Carter, who became his pride and joy. His children loved seeing him dance and sing, he would also take the time to call others and wish them a happy birthday. They also loved watching him play basketball as he would dominate on the court.
To know Chester is to love him, he had an infectious laugh that could brighten anyone’s day, and he committed to making others smile. In his free time, he enjoyed dancing, singing, riding his bike, playing dominoes, basketball, and cards.
